Prior to Arrival
All adults are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (defined as having received 2 doses of a vaccine authorized by Canada, the US or the EU).
Prior to arrival we require a $200 damage deposit. This can be paid via e-transfer or credit card. It will be refunded (less any damage) within 48 hours of departure.
Refunds
Bookings 7 days or longer
- 14 days notice: 100% refund
- 24 hours to 13 days notice: First 5 days are non-refundable.
- Less than 24 hours notice or after your stay has started: 100% refund of all days 5 days after request is made
Bookings less than 7 days
- 72 hours notice: 100% refund
- 24-71 hours notice: The first night is non-refundable
- Less than 24 hours notice or after your stay has started: 100% refund of any days 72 hours from request
Booked days start at 3pm. So cancellation requests by 3pm the day before are considered to be 24 hours in advance.
During Your Stay
- You are welcome to use the pool (when open for the season), rear yard, fire pit, and back patio during your stay. Let us know if you need any assistance, supplies or equipment.
- The TV in your suite has a number of streaming apps pre-loaded. You’ll need your own accounts for the paid services. You can also cast to the TV using Chromecast.
- A 75mbps Wi-Fi Mesh Network encompasses the property. The network name, password and a QR code for quick login are displayed in your room.
Behaviour
- No outside guests
- No alcohol consumption outside of room
- No smoking (including vaping and marijuana) anywhere on the property
- Patios, pool and grounds are closed from 10pm to 7am.
- No excessive noise (audible from neighbouring properties)
- Failure to abide by the policies above may result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund.
